terms of service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

General TOS
★ For digital artwork commissions, once the initial sketch is approved the commission can no longer be cancelled.
★ For 3D model commissions once work is started on the model the commission becomes non-refundable
★ If I am unable to complete any commission for any reason the commissioner will receive a full refund.
★ Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service).
★ Commissioned artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on social medias (with credit), or personal printing, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
★ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
★ I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason (ex. subject being outside my abilities or outside of my comfort).
★ Communication is important. Estimated commission deadline may be extended if I do not receive responses to WIPs within a week.Payment
For digital artwork commissions I will take full payment after the initial sketch is approved. For 3D model commissions I will take half the payment upfront, then the other half after the base mesh of the model is finished (before texture painting/rigging is finished).Turn Around Time Info
TAT varies depending on the project and customer communication. An emote can take only a day or two, while a full 3D model can take up to a month to complete. That said, I will promise to communicate on the estimated time and if there is any delays on completing a commission.Information Regarding Reusing 3D Meshes on Custom Model Commissions
When creating a brand new model I may ask for permission to reuse parts of the mesh for future projects/commissions, to which the commissioner is able to decline. I will never reuse parts of a mesh that is identifiable with the commissioned character, merely easily adaptable topology that is likely to be changed to fit a new character. 3D Models

Important note: I am still very much learning blender, and I cannot guarantee professional quality. these models are made to be digital sculptures only, and not created with the intention to be used in any sort of game engine, or 3D printing. That said, I am willing to share blender files via email with the commissioner after the commission is completed, and they are welcomed to edit the files and do with them as they please.
